Kienbaum has been supporting companies in their transformation
projects for more than 60 years. We implement transformation
programmes holistically at the level of processes, systems and
structures, thus ensuring our customers’ success.
Accomplishing change is the core and long-term task for an organisation.
Increasingly, comprehensive changes are necessary for a company to continue
being successful in the market. Instead of a cautious evolution of existing business
models, the need for transformation is becoming more urgent.
Transformation programmes often fail, however, because they are not implemented

Private Customers at a Major Bank

The success of a company is ultimately determined by its sales. In order to achieve this employees
are crucial players alongside the functional processes. In the reorganisation of the sales processes at
a major bank, not only did we introduce a capacity-oriented sales planning scheme but also linked the
variable management compensation to the sales goals whilst implementing a transformation process
which changed the mind sets of the employees and management for the long term.
The constant linking of the transformation processes
to hard targets and to a compensation system ensured
the success of the project.
»	 The project led to a radical streamlining of the sales processes.
»	 The active involvement with the customer is now the central focus while sales
	 support processes are, as a rule, relocated to the back office.

Here we worked with a traditional steel company in a comprehensive transformation project.
