on.
My scope of work: (Diagrams,
schematic landscape design
and single units plans design).
Project Concept:
- Units following a modular sys-
tem to reduce cost and mate-
rial waste, and construction du-

Med Gate Hotel - Accommodation
Architecture Team 2018
The Med Gate hotel is five-star
Hotel, located in Almadinah,
KSA, is approved by several mu-
nicipalities. The main concept
of the project is to celebrate
the Arabian heritage style in a
modern way.
Design approach:
- Elements were taken from
the Islamic architecture such as
gardens and mashrabia.
- The gardens were cre-
ated to enhance the view of
the rooms while the mashrabia
were created to the filter the
light and to shelter the room
from the burning heat.
- Regular grid is used in typ-
ical hotel bed room floors in or-
der to create typical rooms and
clear corridors for users

A.201 Villa - Residential
Architecture Team 2018
A.201 villa is located in Al-Mad-
inah, KSA, with an area of 456
sqm. My role was to design the
whole villa starting from the
early concept design stages
to plans, elevations, ceiling de-
sign, MEP, and landscape.
It is a villa for a family of 5 peo-
ple with 4 bedrooms, dining
room, and living room to gather
with a nice private view to the
outdoor.

J. Hall - Vacation house
Architecture Team 2018
The J. Hall located in Almadi-
nah,Ksa. The plans were done
by my team then my mission
came in designing the Exterior
Elevations, landscape, and the
interior design of the multi-pur-
pose hall in this house. The cli-
ent asked for a contemporary
design with a touch of Islamic
spirit, therefore using different
materials as wood and granite
stone with random cut to come
up with the final design based
on the client requirements.

The Levels Villa - Residential
Architecture Team 2017
The levels villa, located in Al-
madina, KSA, with a request of
a street view for each room.
Therefore, creating different
levels in the first floor was a suit-
able solution to design corridors
in a special way allowing rooms
to have a view on the street
and the pool.
I was involved in all the stages
of the project, from phase one
until submitting the final pack-
age.

Jeddah, KSA, with an area
of 876.5 m2
. Homeowner was
on a tight budget of the vil-
la on the right side, while the
other side will be sold in the
future. He asked for a simple
design elevations and spaces.
My task was focusing on design-
ing plans, elevations, RCP and
delivering the final package,
including the MEP, and structur-
al plans starting from early stag-
es in the design process.

O. Apartment Building, located
in Jeddah, Ksa, is an apartment
building with an area of 908 m2
.
Strength point in the project
was the garden view across
the main elevation. The pro-
ject owner was an investor that
asked for a design that would
attract young people to buy
these apartments. These apart-
ments can accommodate fam-
ilies of 4-5 persons. Supervision
during the construction time
was included in this project.

The yard duplex villa is located
in Jeddah, Ksa, which has an
area of 600 sqm. In this project
my mission was to design the
elevation and landscape ac-
cording to the submitted plans
with modern simple design.
During building the project we
were supervising contractor
work though out the construc-
tion phases.

The White project is located in
Jeddah, KSA. It is a Duplex vil-
la with an area of 330 sqm per
unit. The client asked to create
series of spaces overlooking an
inner court with a beautiful view
of a swimming pool.
The plans were simple and the
spans were moderate to re-
duce the structural costs of
the project. While designing
this project, I took into consid-
eration natural ventilation and
daylight.

Autumn Villa - Residential
Architecture Team 2018
The Autumn villa, located in
Jeddah, Ksa, with an area of
860 m2
. This project is one prop-
erty land, but the owner asked
for a duplex for him and for his
son. The father’s on the left side
with a bigger built area. My
task was to design plans from
scratch along with the eleva-
tions that has some differences
in order to create a harmony in
the elevation’s outcome.

Sheikh Abdulla Mosque - Religious Building
Architecture Team 2019
The mosque is located in Al-
madinah, Ksa. The plan is a sim-
ple rectangle free of columns
to fulfill the design requirements.
The use of framing structure al-
lowed us to create this huge
span. Only mechanical equip-
ments were placed on the east
side to free up the roof. Moreo-
ver, the facade is a combina-
tion of modernism and Islamic
architecture.
