process that involves the workers in decision
making process, sharing of responsibilities and
the for authority at the workplace.

Charter of the fundamental social rights of
workers ’

case of the collective redundancies , transfer
of undertakings, acquired rights, "burden of

contract, pregnancy, and maternity leave
rights, parental leave, working time and equal
opportunities,.

• Attitude survey- involves seeking views of
employees- It has gained momentum in the
recent times

method is used to resolve the problems that
arise from the top down approach of the
managemnt .
- It is related to small group of volunteers
- Provides opportunity to tap knowledge of
employees and the hidden problems.

efficiency is improved.
- Opportunity for workers about the3ir
perspective
• Direct Participation- In this process workers
are involved directly in the decision making
process.
