3.  We take inquiry from our customer and try to get best prices from best factories and also try to
meet customer target and 90% we meet our customer targets and finalized.
 We always try to keep same price as much as long with factories and make happy to our
customers.
 Once order finalized, we send first approval sample to the customer and get proper approval
for GSM, Size, Hand Feel and overall quality.
 We properly depute our Merchandising Department to start communication with customer
and also with factory and get complete information about order from customer and pass
entire information to factory.
 We gather all information from customer about his order like GSM, Colors, Quality, Border,
Label, Tag, Packing, Carton Marking, all information about the order.
 We make proper files for our quality and production department and for factory too and pass
those files to related departments.
 We follow up with factory and first we check all art works, all samples and other related
information about orders in our office and if we satisfied and our quality and merchandising
department approve all than we send to customer for approval, otherwise we stop everything
in our office and first do corrective action and plan then factories resubmit all to us and if all is
correct and related to order than we dispatch to our customers.
 Before to start production we check production samples and if sample as per requirement
then we dispatch to our customers and get approval and the same procedure we adopt for
shipment samples, before to move the shipment we get approval of shipment samples.
 Before dispatch the shipment, our quality department does complete inspection and Final
Audit of shipment and we make proper report with weight and size and also we take the
pictures of all colors and all sizes and till loading to closing the door of container.
 Our Export Department follow up with Factory and their export department for documents
follow up and gather all shipment documents and we send scan copies to our customer and
our export department follow up the container with shipping line from Web and from
company that when vessel will be reached at destination.
 At the completion of the order we maintain the file of the order and keep this file in our record
for the future repeat order.
 We continuously plan to visit our customers for their feedback and suggestions.

or vendors to negotiate the contracts or review production.
 From time to time attend the fairs and research the market on behalf of
customers for all new and interesting merchandise as it becomes
available.
