10. Brother appears to have psychosis and is delirious, GP won’t
refer for Mental Health support. Can’t get reply at addictions
team. Family feel he is going to kill himself or someone else.
Has tried to contact NHS addictions and left a
message. Struggling with mental health, been
on cocaine binge for what they think is 5 weeks,
cannot cope without it but is paranoid and
agitated on it
