Changed focus of recruitment to target candidates with IT education in addition to accounting

Worked with State Personnel to reviseauditor levels and salary grades to attractqualified
candidates and increaseexperienced auditor retention;
Eliminated a level of management to providefor directand timely communication between
management and staff;this increased auditcompletion time efficiencies;

governmental and not-for-profit organizations.
Lead the effort to implement the legislativemandatethat required the agency to use predicative
analyticsto identify non-filers,under reporters and fraudulenttax returns. This process involved
developing the RFP, evaluation of bids and purchaseof software and consultantservices.In
