Acquired both urban and rural oil and gas drilling rights and leases for RedSky Land,
LLC on behalf of client Chesapeake Energy in Texas, New York, West Virginia, Penn-
sylvania, Louisiana and Ohio. Served as Crew Chief for RedSky Land, LLC during
Chesapeake Energy’s initial entry to Ohio’s Utica Shale Play in Columbiana County,
responsible for training of lease buyers and title abstractors,lease negotiations with land-
owner groups and public officials, supervised a staff of 38 during that project. Recently
completed a title curative project in Ohio County, West Virginia for client Chesapeake
Energy Appalachia.

drilling equipment used for oil and gas horizontal drilling applications to determine drill
bit depth and orientation.

Created all major contract bids and pricing structure for manufacturing facility with an-
nual billings in excess of 50 million dollars, designed and implemented company’s first
computerized estimating data base in 1996.
