10. Our products Tempered Glass
Tempered Glass also named toughened glass is made by heating flat glass to just below its softening
temperature ( 650 centi degree) and suddenly chilling it with jets of cold air. It results in the outer skins under
powerful compressive stress and the interior with severe tensile stress. In consequence, the impact applied
to the glass will be overcome by the compressive stress on the surfaces to assure safety of use. It is about 4
TO 5 times stronger than ordinary glass or annealed glass.When temper glass is broken, it fractures into small,
relatively harmless pieces. Due to this kind of its property, temper glass is often used in such environments
where humane safety is an issue.
Feature/characteristics
4 to 5 times harder than ordinary float glass, stronger resistance to thermal breakage than annealed or heat
strengthened glass.
·Once breakage occurs, the glass disintegrates into small cubical fragments, which are relatively harmless to
human body.
·It withstands abrupt temperature change of 220 Centigrade.
·Sizes are produced as per customer request. All work (beveling, cutting, bending) done on glass must before
tempering

13. Ceramic fritted glass
It is also known as silk screen printing glass, made by printing the ceramic
frit on to the glass surface with screen printer, and tempering it thereafter.
The frit is glazed with the feature of acid and alkali resistance. The color and
pattern are variable with enough options. Besides, it bears strong resistance
against the color fading and influence of acid and alkali.

16. Laminated glass
Laminated glass is a type of safety glass that holds together when shattered. In the event of breaking,
it is held in place by an interlayer, typically of polyvinyl butyral (PVB)or Ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA),
between its two or more layers of glass. The interlayer keeps the layers of glass bonded even when
broken, and its high strength prevents the glass from breaking up into large sharp pieces. This
produces a characteristic "spider web" cracking pattern when the impact is not enough to completely
pierce the glass. In the case of the EVA, the thermoset EVA, offers a complete bounding (crosslinking)
with the material whether it is glass, polycarbonate, P.E.T. or other types products.

1) Extremely high safety: The PVB interlayer withstands penetration from impact. Even if the glass
cracks, splinters will adhere to the interlayer and not scatter.
2) Energy-saving: PVB interlayer impedes the transmission of solar heat and reduces cooling loads.
3) Create aesthetic sense to buildings: Laminated glass with a tinted interlayer will beautify the
buildings and harmonize their appearances with surrounding views which meet the demand of
architects.
4) Sound control: PVB interlayer is an effective absorber of sound.
5)Ultraviolet screening: The interlayer filters out ultraviolet rays and prevents the furniture and
curtains from fading effect.

19. Insulated Glass Unit
Insulated glazing (IG), more commonly known as double glazing (or double-
pane, and increasingly triple glazing/pane) is double or triple glass window
panes separated by a vacuum or other gas filled space to reduce heat
transfer across a part of the building envelope.Insulated glass units are
manufactured with glass in range of thickness from 3 mm to 10 mm (1/8" to
3/8") or more in special applications.

22. forsted glass
Frosted glass is produced by the sandblasting or acid etching of clear sheet glass. It has the
effect of rendering the glass translucent by scattering of light during transmission, thus blurring
images while still transmitting light. Acid treatment is used to created acid-etched glass. While
sandblasting is done with a high speed machine that bombards the glass panel with sand,
walnut husks or other materials.
Which one is better? That depends on the end goal. Acid-etched glass produces a true frosted
look and is more economical than sandblasting.
Sandblasting glass offers versatility in creating design effects. First, homeowners can choose a
level of glass opaqueness from light, medium or heavy. Also, sandblasting makes it possible to
"frost" sections of a glass shower, such as creating privacy strips or patterns.

24. Mirror
A mirror is an object that reflects light in such a way that, for incident light in
some range of wavelengths, the reflected light preserves many or most of
the detailed physical characteristics of the original light. This is different
from other light-reflecting objects that do not preserve much of the original
wave signal other than color and diffuse reflected light.
The most familiar type of mirror is the plane mirror, which has a flat screen
surface. Curved mirrors are also used, to produce magnified or diminished
images or focus light or simply distort the reflected image.
