It’s not a place where one sits and drools
Wellington is where you can dream about space;
and build rockets that will take you any place.

or sing and dance in the brightest of lights!
Paint a beautiful snow covered peak,
Or visit Japan and ski on it for a week!

15. Who can forget Jack and his beanstalk,
or year nine taking the stage, and walking the walk.
We’ve eaten food with fork and spoon,
And investigated small rocks that came from the moon.
16. You’ve climbed walls at the Summer Fayre,
drawn beautiful pictures of Paddington Bear.
Taken in the Early Years’ Nativity,
and striven for excellence in an academy.

and those hungry dragons, so tall!
From the year of the horse to the sheep,
did anyone really have time for sleep?

And talk Chinese, and German and sheer common sense.
We’ve seen you in DT, smoothing with planes,
and every day in many ways, using your brains
24. So, take to the pitch in your teams,
Have some fun or chase your dreams,
It doesn’t matter if it’s home or away,
just learn and play every day.

in courage, responsibility and rolling up your sleeves.
Show kindness, and respect for the people you know
… and to those you don’t, for that’s how friendships will grow.
