Everyone spends a lot of time at the office. Do you enjoy or struggle working with your boss? I have been working for 5 companies, and followed 10 bosses around. I am now working for myself but I still want to summarize 5 traits of good boss and bad boss. All these are coming from my own experience and they are always stimulating me to be a good boss in my career life.
