4. Girish P Nair
A Manipal Graduate in Mechanical Engineering 1985 -
1989 batch, who has got 26 years of multi faceted, rich
experience in Techno - Commercial engineering
activities in India and GCC. He had done various
projects in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical and
Instrumentation engineering and was having an interior
designing firm too named GS Arch Creations. He was
also empanelled as Technical Expert for the 35th
National Games. He is a member of the Project
Management Institute, Pennsylvania, USA. He is also a
certified ISO 9001 quality auditor.

5. Mahesh S
Civil engineer who has got 15 years of civil
construction experience in different projects and his
latest project was an International School in
Trivandrum valued at 80 Cr.

6. Arun Mohan
Textile engineer and an entrepreneur who has got a
textile recycling factory in Trivandrum. He has got
varied engineering, sourcing and procurement
experience and currently engaged in both
companies.

BMC Inc is a Project Partner of D - Fence and Opio
International, Israel, that are the best perimeter electronic security
fencing systems in the World.
We are into, our own, low budgeted villa construction at
Elavattom, Nandiyode, in total consultation with Habitat
Technology Group, under architect Padmasree G Sankar who is a
renowned architect in India and across the globe. He had done
countless number of projects in India and abroad and his gracious
willingness to participate in our venture is certainly a blessing from
the God. He had consented to give us, 50 Nos of time bound,
very low budgeted villas in Munnar for the Life Project Scheme,
for the rehabilitation of workers, which comes under the Chief
Ministers project.
