Giorgio Tartaglino is the principal of MC Finance Inc. He has been investing in Montreal real estate since the early 1970s, first as a partner in Monit International and then through his own company, Rhythm Investments Inc., which held over 700,000 square feet of leasable downtown Montreal office space. Mr. Tartaglino recently sold Rhythm Investments and is now focusing on developing a site on Rene Levesque Blvd through MC Finance Inc., as well as acquiring other Montreal properties. He has over 40 years of experience in real estate development across Europe and Canada.

The principal behind MC Finance Inc. is Giorgio Tartaglino.
♦ Mr. Tartaglino has been an investor in the Montreal Real Estate market
since the early 1970’s.
♦ Initially a partner in Monit International, a large investor in, and a manager
of, a variety of different types of real estate in the Montreal region.
♦ In the early 1980’s he separated from Monit and set up his own company,
Rhythm Investments Inc., to hold his properties.
♦ Rhythm'ʹs presence in the downtown Montreal office market includes more than
700,000 sq. ft. of leasable space. These properties were managed by his local
management team.
♦ Mr. Tartaglino recently sold his Rhythm Investment’s interests so he could
concentrate on the development of a highly desirable site situated on Rene
Levesque Blvd in Montreal, as well as on acquiring other properties in the area. As
senior ownership representatives of MC Finance Inc. in Canada, Mr. Serge Labelle
will be responsible for the development of this project site with premiere
downtown exposure.
♦ In addition to managing the Rhythm buildings, he developed the very prestigious
Le Roc Fleuri luxury condominiums tower. A building with over 140 units situated
in a prime location, cornering De Maisonneuve and Drummond streets.
♦ Further to his local real estate holdings, Mr. Tartaglino retains ownership
positions in several European properties and development projects.
