I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Mr. Gergő Kiss. As an Assistant
Professor in the Department of Electronics Technology at the Budapest University of Technology
and Economics I was the supervisor during the BSc thesis work of Mr. Kiss’s. I am happy to hear
that he is interested in studying for a master’s degree in your university. Since I was perfectly
satisfied by his attitude during his thesis work I am delighted to assist him in this process by
writing this letter to recommend him to your institution.
Gergő was participated in the internship program of the Robert Bosch Elektronika Ltd. Hatvan,
and due to his enthusiastic motivation he overfulfilled the mandatory 6 weeks of internship and he
has been supporting the work of the RBHH/MSE3.1 manufacturing line almost 2 years. As a
trainee he was involved in the process control activities of several manufacturing processes. His
natural talent of abstracting the relevant circumstances served his team very well. His professional
dedication made him to choose a manufacturing process related BSc thesis work as well.
He was studying a special soldering process in the production of electronic battery sensor. The
cooperation with him was always smooth and effective because he was working completely
autonomously. He was able to rely on his scientific and practical knowledge to generate new
ideas. Beside of the intuitive way of his thinking he was able to elaborate his best ideas, while he
was keeping the primary objectives and several boundary conditions of a multinational, world
leading manufacturing facility in mind.
He displayed a rigorous intellect during his undergraduate studies, and I can thus confidently
recommend him for entrance to your master’s program, as I feel that he will continue to perform
at this high level. He proved adept and ambitious in our department, and I expect him to continue
to excel in your institution.
