It is the sister concern company of the ESCORTS GROUP manufacturing of Air filter, Tractor Seitz,
heating element, heaters & battery cables, wire harness, break, clutch pedal ,front axels for
tractors.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY
 Vehicle integration & Layout Schematics of wire harness & Relay, , starter relay on AUTO
CAD of two & four wheeler e.g. YAMAHA, HERO, MARUTI SUZUKI and Volvo truck,
ESCORTS, VALEO Hungry.
 Analyzing and maintaining the BOM in the ERP to enable procurement of the materials
Responsible for Successful Introduction of the New Products from the defined customer
account into the Production.
 Single point of contact with customers to ensure that customer requirements are successfully
realized in the product.
 Smooth ramp up from proto to mass / serial production.
 Identify the gaps in proto build and improve the efficiency of the product to enable mass
production with consistent quality. To co-ordinate with Customer for value Engineering &
Value Addition.
 Initiating and working with CFT to perform product FMEAs and defining Control Plans.
 Knowledge of electrical function (STARTER Relay, CHARGING SYATEM,IGNITION
SYATEM, and ECU& HEAD LAMP& TYPES OF SENSORS USED IN VEHICLE) related to
two Wheeler & four Wheeler.
 Collaborating with customers and program management to address the gaps and clarifications
to meet the product requirements. Knowledge of JIS JASO & ISO Standard for automobile
Engineering.
 Visit at customer Perform continuous improvement on the product with respect to yield and
cost.

3.  To summit all document (IPP Tag, PPAP, PQCS, Critical parameter) related new product
development as per customer requirement
 Reviewing and analyzing the customer product requirements with respect to the production
capabilities, identifying the requirements and gaps.
 Weekly ,Monthly ,Quarterly and Yearly presentation of NPDC
 Knowledge of Routing of wire harness & electrical component
 Attend industrial training of 6 month in ESCORTS LTD & work on different project like FT70,
FT6065, and FT 4045.Models.
 Work on vehicle integration in ESCORTS LTD &learn about lighting component, EGR, ECU,
Glow Plug unit, hazard switch,ignition system, flasher& lighting accessories.
