• Project Sharp leave: worked on attendance upload, leave process and tested
other processes.

• Project VRV Book Shop: worked on bulk order, register for E-mailers etc.

• Project Wolters Kluwer India website: first time I did URL re-writing, worked on
other forms.

currently working on competitor adoption.

2. List the Support Projects you have been involved in since April 2010 and your role in
the project. How have you helped in improving the support process?

3. What have been your achievements? Please refer to the list of weak areas / areas of
improvements discussed with you since last appraisal / during discussions with
Managers.
I have learnt a lot during this period. And I got a chance to work on both, website as
well as application development. Through this, I have been able to attain both technical
knowledge as well as domain knowledge.
4. What have been your failures since last appraisal? (Ensure you fill this)
I started working on websites in which processes are simple and straight, but in
Macmillan project the processes are lengthy and complex because of which I took a
little more time for understanding the process. However, I have been able to cop up
with the needs of the project.

Shraddha ma’am always trusted me for my work. She always gives a chance to think
and work upon the given task. This has made me more confident & focused towards my
work. She has always pointed at my mistakes that have helped me to improve
immensely.
I have also worked with Ankit sir, in Sharpleave and VRV Book shop. He really
supported me to learn new things. Through his attitude towards work I learnt, how a
team member should work for the completion of the project.
6. Any other comments that you would like to make?
All the projects that in which I was involved so far have provided me a platform to
grow. I have learnt to overcome all sorts of problems whether personal or professional.
And I am ready to accept more challenges.
