 Dealing in Auto and Home Insurance.
 Working in process called ADL (Adverse Decision Letter).
 In production my work is to send letter to customer regarding to the cancellation and termination
of the policy in advance.
 We term or cancel the policy due to some unusual scenarios in the customer policy after the
approval of underwriter.
 If we receive any communication from the customer against the letter then we will not cancel or
term the policy.
