What We’re Planning
1. Continue to Promote the Galesburg/ West
Central Illinois Region to foreign investors.
2. Pursue Foreign Investment opportunities for
our region.
3. Continue Inbound Trade Missions – Chicago
Consulates.
4. Prepare two Outbound Trade Missions in
2013.
5. Establish “soft-landing” incubator in 2013.
6. Expand Foreign Trade Zone 114 Sub-zone.
7. Commit to Sister Cities Program with an
Indonesian City.
8. Engage area business in global trade
opportunities and develop supply chains.
