TRUST AND PRIVATE FOUNDATION STRUCTURES
Trusts and private foundations are often used as the top entity in private
or corporate investment holding structures in common and civil law
jurisdictions. In most cases, both arrangements provide tax advantages,
including tax deferrals, a reduced income tax rate and separation from
the personal assets of the settlor and the beneficiaries. Amicorp provides
