Consent means “willingness”. The willingness of the parties to

4. COERCION:
Coercion means to force or to compel him or her to act
in a particular manner.
In other words ,a person uses ‘coercion’ against
another if he threatens that other person.
5. Undue influence
Undue influence occurs when an individual is able to persuade
another's decisions due to the relationship between the two
parties. Often, one of the parties is in a position of power over
the other due to elevated status, higher education, or
emotional ties.
6. Fraud:
Fraud is generally defined in the law as an intentional
misrepresentation of material existing fact made by one
person to another with knowledge of its falsity and for the
purpose of inducing the other person to act, and upon which
the other person relies with resulting injury or damage.

A misrepresentation is a false statement of a material fact
made by one party which affects the other party's decision in
agreeing to a contract . In such a contract dispute, the party
that made the misrepresentation becomes the defendant, and
the aggrieved party is the plaintiff.
8. Mistake:
In contract law, a mistake is an erroneous belief, at
contracting, that certain facts are true. It can be
argued as a defense, and if raised successfully can
lead to the agreement in question being found void ab
initio or voidable, or alternatively an equitable remedy
may be provided by the courts.
