Afri-Tanzania for Change (AVC) is youth Volunteerism Organization. AVC was established on the year 2013 and legal was registered on the year 2014 with registration number 00NGO/00007623 to operate in Tanzania mainland. AVC is targeting to work on promoting democracy and human rights basically on adolescents’ human rights. I have known Evodius Gervas Kikarugaha for more than 3 years now, is a person is contributing much on promoting democracy and good governance in Tanzania, AVC is working with Evodius in a number of volunteerism activities, Also he has been providing a great role on advising AVC in its programs/activities/projects. Personally I am a witness to the great effort that Evodius is implementing in promoting democracy and good governance in Tanzania in a collaboration with his Organization and other Organizations like the one I am working with. Evodius is a hard worker who has successfully developed several projects for his Organization that resulted to positive changes within the communities. His dedication hard work and sincerity has enabled him to be quick learner on the job. Also He can work independently and is able to follow through to ensure that the job gets done. It was for these reasons among others that made me recommend him to be chosen to join the program. Evodius is a person who can work independently, this can be approved by a number of activities/projects that he has been conducting and supervising within different period of Time, This makes me to recommend that he is able to work with you.. Evodius is able to implement and complete the project on time. This is due to the reason that he is qualified and experienced in implement such projects/activities for more than 4 years.
