Service: The gift of serving is an ability to
perform practical tasks related to the work
of the Lord. A person who serves helps
others accomplish spiritual goals by freeing
them from routine but necessary duties
Prophesying: It is the special ability to
receive and communicate an immediate
message of God to His people through a
divinely-anointed utterance.
Teaching: is the God given desire,
ability and power to examine and
study God’s word and help others
understand and apply it.

• 21. Hospitality (veivuke): The gift of hospitality is
a special ability God gives to certain members of
the Body of Christ to provide food and lodging for
those in need. A requirement for the use of this
spiritual gift is that it is done without grudging.
Grudging means resenting having to do it.
12. • If we don’t use our gifts, we fail to obey God. If
we fail to step out and do so, there are three
results:
1. You rob yourself of being in God’s will. (vs.10)
2. You rob the body of Christ of the benefits of that
gift (vs.10)
3. You rob God of the glory He deserves (vs.11)
