WHEN  When should you transform your Procurement function?  When you need to save money?  When the finance function upgrade their system?  When the New HoP is taken on?  When the organisation has fallen foul of the Regs?  These are all re-active points in time  The real answer is “Now”
  • 5. WHERE  Where does the Procurement function sit?  In Finance?  In IT?  In Operations? (Directs)  On their own in the corner?  The correct answer is “At Board Level”
