The Jezreel Valley is where the battle of Armageddon or Har Megiddo will be fought.
Megiddo is the only site in the Land of the Bible with remains of thirty cities built one on top of the other. (TEL)
Megiddo was the scene of many battles that decided the fate of nations and empires. Megiddo appears in both the Old Testament and the New Testament as Armageddon (Har Megiddo)
One of Megiddo’s ancient city gates. Megiddo is linked to numerous great figures in world history: King Solomon of Israel ; King Josiah of late monarchic Judah; Pharaohs Thutmose III; Shishak and Necho of Egypt; and Kings Tiglath-pileser III and Esarhaddon Assyria. Silo for Ahab’s 450 horses
Ahab and Jezebel’s palace overlooking the Jezreel Valley 188 steps leading to a secret tunnel so that they didin’t have to leave Har Megiddo during a siege. Iron Age Watersystem ,[object Object]
In the 9th c. B.C., Ahab constructed a massive system with a 30 meter deep shaft and a 70 meter long tunnel.
This continued in use until the end of the Iron Age.,[object Object]
Mt. Tabor Deborah's Battle ,[object Object]
The Canaanites were assembled at HaroshethHaggoyim (likely on the opposite side of the Jezreel Valley) and Barak led the Israelite charge of 10,000 men against Sisera's army.
It seems that the Lord's intervention on behalf of the Israelites was in the form of a rainstorm, such that the Kishon River flooded and made chariot travel for the Canaanites impossible (Judges 4-5).
Early Church fathers believed that the Transfiguration took place on Mt. Tabor, including Cyril of Jerusalem (in 348), Epiphanius, and Jerome.
Eusebius was uncertain if it took place on Mt. Tabor or on Mt. Hermon.
One reason for this identification was a misunderstanding of Matthew 17:1. This verse was taken to mean that Jesus took the disciples up a mountain "by itself," rather than that he took the disciples up a mountain "by themselves.",[object Object]
Summit on border between Lebanon and Syria

The Nimrod Fortress By Larry Fine ,[object Object]
One of the largest fortresses from the Middle Ages sits on a mountain peak in the upper Golan Heights just a shadow below the impressive Mount Hermon.
The fortress was named after the mighty warrior of the bible, Nimrod, but was not built by him.
It commands a strategic command of the Hula Valley and overlooked one of the main highways that ran from the coast to Damascus.
It is estimated to have been built in the 13th century by the either the local Muslim armies to defend the passage against the invading Crusader armies or conversely by the Crusaders themselves to defend against the Muslims.,[object Object]

Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted. Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.
Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.
Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.
Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake" (Matt 5:3-11 KJV).BFF
Capernaum ,[object Object]
Peter, Andrew, James and John were fishermen living in the village.  Matthew the tax collector also dwelt here.
Capernaum is one of the three cities cursed by Jesus for its lack of faith.,[object Object]
Jesus was confronted by a demoniac while teaching here (Mark 1:21-27).
In Capernaum, Jesus healed the servant of the centurion.  This Roman official was credited with building the synagogue (Luke 7:3).
In this synagogue, Jesus gave sermon on the bread of life (John 6:35-59).,[object Object]
Jesus’ own people come from Nazareth, his mother and his cousins, anxious because it has been said: "He’s gone out of his mind!".
Those who have come to listen to him are crowded together in the main room and courtyards of the house while his family are outside trying to find him. Jesus says: "Who is my mother and who are my brothers?"
Looking around at those inside listening he adds: "Those who do the Father’s will are brother, sister and mother to me". The guests in Peter’s house are already part of his family and members of the new family belonging to God the Father. ,[object Object]
It is believed that here Jesus walked along the shore and called out to Simon Peter and Andrew who were casting their nets into the lake.
Walking along, Jesus saw two other brothers, James and John who were preparing their nets with their father Zebedee.  Jesus called all of these men to follow him.,[object Object]
From the Sea of Galilee water flows into the Jordan River, eventually flowing into the Dead Sea located more than 100KM to the south.
This site is believed by some traditions to be the actual site where Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist (Matthew 3: 13 : "Then Jesus came from Galilee to the Jordan to be baptized by John").,[object Object]

Then Saul took three thousand chosen men out of all Israel, and went to seek David and his men in front of the Wildgoats' Rocks. - 1 Samuel 24:1-2 Cascading waterfalls thrive in this desert oasis not far from the lifeless shores of the Dead Sea.  David fled to this oasis to escape the wrath of King Saul (1 Samuel 24).  In the Song of Songs the lover declares that her beloved is a "cluster of henna blossoms in the vineyards of Engedi" (1:13).  This wadi was known for its medicinal and sweet smelling plants, date palms, and desert aloes.  Today rare desert wildlife, including ibex (wild mountain goats), fox, and hyrax roam this verdant nature reserve.  This wadi is fed by four springs .

The Tabernacle of David Amos 9:11-15  Israel's Restoration  11 "In that day I will restore David's fallen tent.  I will repair its broken places,        restore its ruins,   and build it as it used to be,   12 so that they may possess the remnant of Edom and all the nations that bear my name, " declares the LORD, who will do these things.  13 "The days are coming," declares the LORD,  "when the reaper will be overtaken by the plowman and the planter by the one treading grapes. New wine will drip from the mountains and flow from all the hills.  14 I will bring back my exiled [b] people Israel; they will rebuild the ruined cities and live in them. They will plant vineyards and drink their wine; they will make gardens and eat their fruit.  15 I will plant Israel in their own land, never again to be uprooted from the land I have given them," says the LORD your God. Israelis' who spoke at feast understand that Prophecy was being fulfilled by our being there.
