First Analyst is an expert on client technical infrastructure, performing
network scans, reviewing usage, backup, Disaster Recovery, configuration
of client’s specific suppliers and usage and configuration, expertise on
client specific products.
Up to 24 hours each for project duration.
Second Analyst is expert on client technical vendor specific software and
databases, usage and possible duplication of services, expertise on client
specific products

Business and Cost Resource
These resources will be working with your IT team and your vendor
management and spending experts to develop environment costs and TCO
on specific items. The approach is designed to be executed with a minimum
disruption to your IT staff and operations.

The Senior Consultant lead directs the team and adjusts their focus as the
analysis is conducted. The timeframe will be 4 weeks in execution.
Status meetings will be held twice a week to provide a quick update
and to address any issues with the process,this enables quick
reaction to addressconcerns or issues with data collection.
