• CORAL ENERGÍA is established in 2016, and started from the collaboration and partnership between 2
companies. Coral Energía aims to be a leading project development company in the Renewable Energy
industry in Argentina and Colombia, through the creation of a portfolio of Solar, Wind, and Hydro power
generation projects.
Iraola Group: Argentine industrial group with more than 45 years of experience, with operations in
Argentina, Brazil, and China. With more than 700 employees, it is a leader in the auto parts and
motorcycle market in Argentina, with exports to more than 35 countries. Besides its core business, the
Group has other business divisions such as Agro and Real Estate.
REP - Renewable Energy Platform: formed by an interdisciplinary group with more than 10 years of
experience in renewable energy project design, development, construction and operation in Latin
America. REP combines more than 10GW of projects developed, implemented, and in operation in 5
countries, with solid expertise in M&A of renewable energy generation assets.
In Argentina, CORAL ENERGÍA has participated in the latest tenders under the RenovAr program (Rounds 1
and 1.5), with 5 solar projects located in the province of San Juan (total power of 130 MWac), and having
awarded 2 of them (50 MWac)

DIEGO LOUREIRO (EJECUTIVE DIRECTOR)
 Diego Loureiro is Executive Director at REP (Renewable Energy Platform). Prior to
REP, he was a development and new business manager at LAP (Latin America
Power). Before joining LAP in 2011, he acted as Coordinator of the Wind Energy
Projects in Energisa in 2011 and from 2007 to 2011, as coordinator of the Hydraulic
and Wind Energy projects in ERSA (Energias Renováveis SA), current CPFL
Renováveis, where he developed several hydroelectric projects and Wind power.
 (I) Hydraulic Engineer of the Federal University of Itajubá - MG - UNIFEI (Brazil); (ii)
MSc. In Environmental Engineering of the University of Sao Paulo - USP (Brazil); (iii)
Master in Project Management by University of Sao Paulo - USP (Brazil); And (iv)
Postgraduate in Finance from the Catholic University of Chile (Chile)
 More than 10 years of experience in the renewable energy market and project
management. More than 1.5 GW developed (# 30 projects)
GIOVANNI VINCIPROVA (CORPORATE DIRECTOR)
 Giovanni Vinciprova is Corporate Director at REP (Renewable Energy Platform).
Before REP he was the Superintendent of the Environment at LAP (Latin America
Power) and before joining LAP in 2013, he had been the Environmental
Superintendent at ERSA (Energias Renováveis SA), CPFL Renováveis, from 2008 to
2013, where he developed Several hydroelectric power stations and wind parks.
Prior to working at ERSA, Mr. Vinciprova had served as an Environmental
Coordinator at CPFL / Alstom 2001-2008 and at Bourscheid 2002-2004.
 (I) Degree in Biological Sciences from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul
(Brazil); (ii) Master's degree in Animal Biology from the Federal University of Rio
Grande (Brazil); And (iii) MBA in Administration of the Getulio Vargas Foundation
(Brazil).
 More than 25 years in the renewable energy market, over 6.0 GW developed (# 60
projects) and # 52 approved environmental licenses.
LEANDRO IRAOLA (PRESIDENT)
 Leandro Iraola is a businessman and president of the Iraola Group, formed from the
creation of different companies that today gather more than 700 employees in
different locations – Argentina, Brazil, China and Paraguay – and in different
industries and / or markets: Auto parts, Motor vehicles, Agro and Construction.
 In only 20 years, Corven Motors – its flagship company – was able to become a
leader in the spare parts market in Argentina with 45% market share, and exporting
to more than 35 countries. In the motorcycle industry, with the Corven - Bajaj
alliance, the group is positioned as the leading player with 18% market share in
Argentina.
 The Iraola Group have had an overall income of $182 M USD in 2015, and nowadays
it is focused in developing new business units, such as Real Estate and Renewable
Energy.
NICOLAS PERKINS (LEGAL ADVISOR – EXTERNAL)
 Nicolás Perkins is partner with Nicholson y Cano, an attorney firm specialized in
energy, mining, agribusiness, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finances, project
finances and private equity investments. He is also the director of “Sociedad
Anónima Importadora y Exportadora de la Patagonia”. He is the director of the
local subsidiaries of various international companies and investment funds. He was
also director and member of the Audit Committee of Petrobras Energía S.A. (2004-
2007).

FRANCO BORRELLO (DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT)
 Franco Borrello is an engineer, entrepreneur, and renewable energy specialist with
vast experience in developing, financing and implementing wind, solar and biogas
energy projects. Franco has served as Business Developer with the IMPSA group, in
charge of a project portfolio of more than 2,500 MW in 9 countries. While in the
United States, Franco has worked in the Fraunhofer Center for Sustainable Energy,
designing a platform to evaluate and implement techno-economic roadmaps for
innovative technologies, to catalyze its financing.
 (I) Industrial Engineer, University of Buenos Aires; (Ii) MS Renewable Energy,
National Technological University (ARG); (iii) MS Energy Systems, Northeastern
University, Boston, USA. (Iv) Graduate Certificate in Innovation and
Entrepreneurship, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Boston, USA.
 7+ years of experience in renewable energy project development, project
management and financing. More than 800 MW developed.
DIEGO PALOMEQUE (FINANCIAL ADVISOR – EXTERNAL)
 Diego Palomeque is currently an Independent Advisor in Corporate Finance, mainly
working on Debt under Public Offering, Financial Debt Restructuring, and corporate
leverage optimization programs. Previously, he was CFO and Member of the Board
of MSU, a leading agricultural production company in Argentina, having previously
held various financial management positions at Cargill SACI (the main agricultural
exporter in the country).
 National Public Accountant graduated at UNR (National University of Rosario),
Postgraduate Studies in Audit, and Postgraduate Lecturer in Agro management.
 More than 19 years of experience in financial and investment development market,
having participated in international financial structuring with Pension Funds, Private
Equity Funds, Hedge Funds, and Family Offices.

  • 5. 3. MAIN EXECUTIVES 3 DIEGO LOUREIRO (EJECUTIVE DIRECTOR)  Diego Loureiro is Executive Director at REP (Renewable Energy Platform). Prior to REP, he was a development and new business manager at LAP (Latin America Power). Before joining LAP in 2011, he acted as Coordinator of the Wind Energy Projects in Energisa in 2011 and from 2007 to 2011, as coordinator of the Hydraulic and Wind Energy projects in ERSA (Energias Renováveis SA), current CPFL Renováveis, where he developed several hydroelectric projects and Wind power.  (I) Hydraulic Engineer of the Federal University of Itajubá - MG - UNIFEI (Brazil); (ii) MSc. In Environmental Engineering of the University of Sao Paulo - USP (Brazil); (iii) Master in Project Management by University of Sao Paulo - USP (Brazil); And (iv) Postgraduate in Finance from the Catholic University of Chile (Chile)  More than 10 years of experience in the renewable energy market and project management. More than 1.5 GW developed (# 30 projects) GIOVANNI VINCIPROVA (CORPORATE DIRECTOR)  Giovanni Vinciprova is Corporate Director at REP (Renewable Energy Platform). Before REP he was the Superintendent of the Environment at LAP (Latin America Power) and before joining LAP in 2013, he had been the Environmental Superintendent at ERSA (Energias Renováveis SA), CPFL Renováveis, from 2008 to 2013, where he developed Several hydroelectric power stations and wind parks. LEANDRO IRAOLA (PRESIDENT)  Leandro Iraola is a businessman and president of the Iraola Group, formed from the creation of different companies that today gather more than 700 employees in different locations – Argentina, Brazil, China and Paraguay – and in different industries and / or markets: Auto parts, Motor vehicles, Agro and Construction.  In only 20 years, Corven Motors – its flagship company – was able to become a leader in the spare parts market in Argentina with 45% market share, and exporting to more than 35 countries. In the motorcycle industry, with the Corven - Bajaj alliance, the group is positioned as the leading player with 18% market share in Argentina.  The Iraola Group have had an overall income of $182 M USD in 2015, and nowadays it is focused in developing new business units, such as Real Estate and Renewable Energy. NICOLAS PERKINS (LEGAL ADVISOR – EXTERNAL)  Nicolás Perkins is partner with Nicholson y Cano, an attorney firm specialized in energy, mining, agribusiness, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finances, project finances and private equity investments. Franco has served as Business Developer with the IMPSA group, in charge of a project portfolio of more than 2,500 MW in 9 countries.
