Some key hygiene practices include regularly bathing, washing hands, brushing teeth twice a day for 3 minutes, cleaning nails, and washing clothes. When going out, wear a mask, practice social distancing, sanitize hands frequently, and avoid touching your face. In the office, prefer e-meetings, maintain distance during in-person meetings, avoid outside food, and limit entering and exiting the premises.
