Massage your scalp well. This will remove dead skin , excess oil and dirt.
Many sweat glands live in our feet, Mixing with dirt and germ can cause bad smell . Sweat gets into your shoes and bacteria arrive which love the most leather or fabric. So, wash your feet well with soap once in a day. Dry them carefully especially between the toes.
Clothes can get stained and dirty and need to change them often. Under clothes are right next to the skin and collect dead skin cells and sweat .Overnight bacteria start to work on these stains so the clothes do not smell as nice on the second day of wearing. Change your clothes after shower and do not put dirty clothes on to a clean body.
