This-is to certify that Mr. Fitsum Zewdu Mulugeta has participated as an affiliated Principal
Consultant on two different consecutive Market Studies that were carried out by our company,
Precise Consult International (PCI). The first study was carried out on more than 21 products
that include grocery, detergent, cosmetics, as well as furniture and construction finishing
materials. the purpose of the' study was to identify the availability, quality, distribution, and
price of the products as well as to see preferences of consumers. This study was conducted in
four cities including Addis Ababa, Dire Dawa, Mekele, and Hawassa through one-to-one
interview and by having discussions with consumers, distributors, importers, and producers.
The second study was focused on four selected products that include flour, biscuits, bread and
pasta in the 10 sub cities of Addis Ababa. These studies were conducted in the period of July to
Sep 2013. The major roles and responsibilities of Mr. Fitsum were designing and developing of
research instruments, training data collectors and supervisors, data coding and clearing, data
analysis and report writing.
During his stay with us in both studies, we have witness that he is diligent and responsible person
to accomplish his professional duties. Hence, on behalf of PCI and myself, I am pleased to give
