Our innovative app limits uncertainties during breastfeeding
Did you know? 63% of mothers start breastfeeding after giving birth in Belgium. It decreases spectacularly to 25% after three months. The lack of support by professionals is named as the most important reason to stop breastfeeding. Mothers are highly insecure about the quantity and quality of their breastmilk. Smokers are less likely to continue breastfeeding as nicotine has a negative effect on breastmilk production. Mothers are more likely to continue breastfeeding if they have had more than one baby in the past.
