I have had the pleasure of working with Feng during the 2014 fall semester on a non-profit
concept entitled “Eco-Block” exploring urban sustainability on a neighborhood block scale.
Her portfolio was particularly impressive with the free-hand drawing, watercolors and
organic character of her design and the range of scales in which she has successfully
worked.
She is a very talented, self-motivated and responsible individual and is a “quick study”
getting the concept quickly and knowing when to ask questions. Her English language skills
are constantly improving and she will not have any communication problems in any office
environment.
She is a big scale thinker as evidenced by some of her school work and has a strong ability to
portray her concepts graphically on large scale projects while also having a strong attention
to detail that will make her a good architect. A good sense of humor makes Feng
particularly easy to work with and is indicative of her quiet confidence.
