Suffolk, and Westchester Counties) and New Jersey (Bergen and Hudson Counties) at PAR (no points).

Mixed-Use
Properties that integrate and combine residential with different uses, including retail and office spaces.

Commercial properties are qualified on a cash-flow and non-global basis if held under a LLC/Corp. Market rents
