 Working on large farm, forest, plant nursery and timber tracts.
 Supervising the agro-forestry staff.
 Making plants defiant to infection and pests and raising nutrients in soil.
 Taking care of infections that affect trees and resolving what insect killers are suitable
for killing exacting pests.
RESPONSIBILITIES IN JUMA AL MAJID EST.
 Opening/closing of service request & Making of invoice of service request via ORACLE.
 Professional wording i.e. Writing letters, answering mails etc for documents processing via
CITRIX.
 To perform variety of jobs related to office works. Submits staff evaluation, overtime, monthly
report etc. to manager.
 Dealing Customers Attends all incoming telephone calls to service centre.
 Perform data entry. Organize office papers,files, records to easily be reached upon need.
 Attends calls professionally to answer customer’s inquiries.
 Transfers calls to concerned parties for more assistance and information.
 Solves customers complain to keep high level of customer satisfaction.
 Feeds back ideas/suggestions to improve customer service processes and increase revenue
 Maintains tools and equipments according to periodic maintenance schedule to keep them in
good and healthy condition.
