• Settings | Directory / LDAP.
Set the Root DN to:
DC=YourDomain;DC=ketsds;DC=net
e.g
DC=hopkins;DC=ketsds;DC=net
5. Mail Settings
• Outlook.com
To find your settings in outlook.com, go to: Options > See All
Options > Account > My Account > Settings for POP, IMAP and
SMTP access. Use the SMTP settings.
8. Mail Settings (Exchange)
• Server: Name or IP address of your exchange server
• Port: 25
• Username: DomainUsername
• Use SSL/TLS: Depending on your environment
9. Other Mail Notes
• Make sure your Anti Virus policies do not block mail from the
Fastvue TMG Reporter server.
• Make sure your TMG Server permits mail from the Fastvue
TMG Reporter server.
• TEST
Open an existing report and click Share Report.
(check Dashboard.log in the data location for errors)

• Locking TMG Reporter to certain users is not supported ‘out
of the box’
• However, This can be done using IIS.

Taking care of questions.We have had a lot of interest from Kentucky schools due to the large TMG Deployments you have over there. So we thought we’d put together some webinars to help schools that are not yet using the software to see how easy it is to be reporting on your Internet and network activity.
