 Local development of various machinery spares like impellers, casings, bearing housings,
shafts etc, thru reverse engineering involving casting, fabrication & machining.
 Good knowledge of critical spares’ repairs/reclamation & metalizing techniques like,
Hard Chroming, Cold Metalizing, Plasma Coating, HVOF, Honing, Super Finishing etc.
 Sound knowledge of metallurgy including Advanced Alloys, Duplex Stainless Steels etc &
material standards like ASTM, DIN, JIS.
 Maintenance/Refurbishment of centrifugal compressors (Siemens, Demag, Linde), recip
compressors (Thomassen, Bellis/Morcom, Cooper) & pumps/turbines (KSB, Ingersoll
Rand, Worthington, SPP, Goulds, Byron Jackson, Hayward Tyler, Elliott, Coppus etc).
 Good knowledge of Condition Monitoring, Vibration Analysis, Root Cause Analysis
(RCA) & Vibration Protection System (GE’s 3500 on turbo-compressor).
 Maintenance/Repair/Inspection of Reactors, hi-tech valves & heat exchangers.
 Project Management (highly valuable & unique experience of Refinery Relocation).
 Development & Management of Contracts.
