Strategies:Proactive strategies:Engage the studentstoapproachKCC.
Buildrelationship withHighschool studentstoreachthem, tocome to KCC.
Tactics: Make a pre-orientationatHighschoolsinAl Jahra,as most of the studentsare not aware of
where theyare heading. Forexample,the orientationwill occuratKuwaitbilingual school,AlJahra
Pakistani school,Mashael AlJahraSchool boysandgirlsschool. There will be aspokespersonfromKCCto
give a presentationaboutKCC,plusthe importance of college education,alsoitwill be aboutthe
majors,faculty,securityandfacilities,andquestionscanbe askedbystudents.
Use interactive MediatoletstudentsregisterforKCC,suchas Instagram, Twitter,KCCwebsite andblog
Postabout KCC,UsingFree social Media. The feedbackwill be fromcommentingonthe blog,Instagram
or evenat the KCC website.
Brochuresare alsoavailable atthe schoolsforextrainformation,plusgiveawaypensandnotebooksat
the pre-orientation. Thishelpsachieve the objectiveasitaware studentsaboutthe new college thatwill
openinthe area of AlJahra,andthat itwill buildrelationshipwithstudents.
