STRATEGIC GOALS AND PLAN
• • To become the leading bicycle service provider in the country and
respond to the future challenges, competition and innovation
• • Maximise on revenue collection
• • By creating a new bicycle service machine aim at offering our customers
with state of the art services and facilities to allow them to secure their
bikes at the most affordable price.

• • A 5 year time limit would allow us to look for the future trends in aviation
that would respond our customers needs and the aircrafts capacity balance
in the years to come

Planning
• We will set up a special task force to oversee the
running of the project. The task force shall be
responsible for the overall running and building
of the project. The following shall be carried out :
• Prepare a plan to achieve the set goal which is to
build security machines.
• Divide tasks to every member of the task force
who will in turn prepare an effective plan on how
they will achieve the desired goal

Organising
• The CEO through consultation with the special task force shall
organise all the available resources and make necessary
amendments to the proposed plans by sub divisions of the task
force.
• Every department will research on all the resources that they require
as per their plan and will present the finance department with a
departmental budget of all the resources that will be required.
• The Finance Director will prepare a summed up budget which will
detail the amounts that will be availed to the different sub divisions.
• After the money has been availed to the task force, the CEO will
check to see that all the resources required are brought together so
as ensure that the project can be started.

under them is essential.

• B-curity shall offer substantial amounts of salary that will be competitive to those of
our competitors within the same industry as us.
• B-curity will use quailty circles to help understand the employees and motivate them
according to their special needs and wants
• B-curity will offer our employees modest contracts that are quite flexible and which
will help attain their goals at the same time meeting our the organisational goals

• B-curit intends to use a number of ways to achieve the goals of the organisation. We will use
the Schewart cycle together with the feed forward control.
• Within the special task force there shall be a department that will deal with the goal aspect of
B-curity.
• The roles of the goal achievement department task for shall be :
• Set up a control plan that will be availed to the rest of the B-curity task force. They will plan at
which stages they will monitor the progress and how they will correct any unormalies.
• To liase with the safety council to monitor the progress of the project continuously.
