• • To become the leading bicycle service provider in the country and
respond to the future challenges, competition and innovation

• • By creating a new bicycle service machine aim at offering our customers
with state of the art services and facilities to allow them to secure their

16. Planning
• We will set up a special task force to oversee the
running of the project. The task force shall be
responsible for the overall running and building
of the project. The following shall be carried out :
• Prepare a plan to achieve the set goal which is to
build security machines.
• Divide tasks to every member of the task force
who will in turn prepare an effective plan on how
they will achieve the desired goal

17. Organising
• The CEO through consultation with the special task force shall
organise all the available resources and make necessary
amendments to the proposed plans by sub divisions of the task
force.
• Every department will research on all the resources that they require
as per their plan and will present the finance department with a
departmental budget of all the resources that will be required.
• The Finance Director will prepare a summed up budget which will
detail the amounts that will be availed to the different sub divisions.

check to see that all the resources required are brought together so

• B-curit intends to use a number of ways to achieve the goals of the organisation. We will use
the Schewart cycle together with the feed forward control.
• Within the special task force there shall be a department that will deal with the goal aspect of
B-curity.

• Set up a control plan that will be availed to the rest of the B-curity task force. They will plan at
which stages they will monitor the progress and how they will correct any unormalies.
