 Execution and supervision of project activities such as drawings, submittals, design,estimation, procurement,
follow-ups, manpower handling, installation, commissioning, handing over etc

 Monitoring close out of snags raised by the consultant and supervise the temporary services items at project

Costing and Estimation
 Preparation and review of cost benefits analysis and tender documents
 Preparing cost proposals for Variation works.
 Estimating the Quantity of works for Monthly Payment Application.
 Review and action as required on inter audit reports.
 Estimates prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment and
tools etc.,required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
Design Analysis
 Ensuring that As Built Drawings, layout drawings ,O&M Manuals, method of statements, IO Summary, Bills
of Material and cable management system and other related documentation is prepared and submitted in a
timely manner in line with the contract.
 Coordinate subcontractor and external suppliers for technical submittal and shop drawing requirement
 Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or
specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
 Design activities like control valve sizing, Field Device Selection, Control schematics, Automatic controller
selection , Function schematics, Field instruments Layouts, Familiarity with international codes & standards
 Fire alarm systems: Periodic preventive maintenance of Fire alarm system, monitoring, troubleshoot,
commissioning & inspection of Honeywell GENT addressable Fire Alarm ( VIGILON and NANO )
systems in the Dubai Metro project
