A Personal Fitness Tracker is a wearable device that tracks your physical activity, calories burned, heart rate, sleeping patterns, and so on. One common physical activity that most of these devices track is the number of steps you take each day. A file named steps.txt contains the number of steps a person has taken each day for a year. There are 365 lines in the file, and each line contains the number of steps taken during a day. (The first line is the number of steps taken on January 1 st, the second line is the number of steps taken on January 2 nd, and so forth.) Write a function averege_steps that takes one argument for the file name and returns the list of average number of steps (rounded down to integers) taken for each month. Note 1: The data is from a year that was not a leap year, so February has 28 days. Note 2: Use int(average) to convert float to integer, eg. int(5246.096774193548) =5246 Sample Input Argument: steps.txt Sample Return: [5246, 4851, 5777, 5802, 4711, 4792, 5638, 5759, 6114, 5411, 4268, 5138].
