Objective
Seeking an engineering internship position in the Electrical Engineering field, specifically in the area of
electronics.
Education
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering expected May 2016
Minor: Mathematics
University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Charlotte, NC
Major GPA: 3.25/4.0
Bachelor of Science in Physics expected May 2016
University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Charlotte, NC
Major GPA: 3.0/4.0
Relevant Experience
Pulse Width Modulation Generator
 555 timer IC (NE555) in monostable operation was design to achieve a supply voltage from 0 to 5
volts and a PWM signal achieving a nominal of .4
IEEE Student Chapter
 Raspberry Pi weather balloon was sent up to achieve an altitude of 100,000 feet above UNCC
BJT/Mosfet Amplifier
 Single and Multistage amplifier was design to achieve a specific criteria of the following
symmetrical swing, gain, power consumption, input and output resistance, low and high cut-off
frequencies and a feedback for control
 LM741 op-amp of BJT,CMOS/Bi-CMOS and a VLSI design was achieve with a specific criteria
utilizing OrCad Netlist
Computer Control Modules
 Texas Instruments MSP430 Launch pad microcontroller was design to achieve the Imperial March
melody on a program called code composer studio
Power System Distribution Design
 Power System Distribution was design utilizing ETAP to achieve a specific criteria of the following
medium and low voltage percentage, a design margin of 10%, generator operating at 100%, back up
cables and generators
Audio Power/Stereo System
 Audio Power/Stereo System was design utilizing Pspice/OrCAD to achieve ± 20db for the treble
and bass gains with 30Hz as our bass cut-off and 10Hz as our treble cut-off frequencies. An iPod and
a microphone was our input to a speaker at the output. The stereo system was able to change the
volume, bass and treble signals that were coming out of the speaker.
Wind Generation Distribution System
 Constructing, testing and modeling a Wind Generation System in the AREVA Lab by utilizing
ETAP with compared measured values and simulation within 5%.
Academic Experience and Technical Skills
Software: MS office, Basic MS Visio, Basic MS project, Multism, Pspice (Cadence), Matlab, Netbeans,
