I highly recommend Errol Rideau as a candidate for a position in your company.
For the past three years, I have worked directly for Errol in the pharmaceutical
industry. He was my District Manager for Daiichi Sankyo where he led me to a
Gold Cup Award Trip to Hawaii as well as finishing 4 of 301 in our Area.
I have worked for many people in my sales career and I can honestly say that
Errol wanted me to succeed more than anyone before him. Errol was always
organized and thought out his management style to better serve me and our
customer base. He was hard working but didn't micromanage, even going so far
as making calls while on his way home from a day in the car with me. This
motivated me to do better as a sales representative. I could go to Errol with any
