Main rivers are the Niger and the Benue

Climate: equatorial in the south, tropical in
the central, and arid in the north.
Terrain: ranges from southern lowlands,
central hills, plateaus, mountains, and plains.
Natural resources: gas, petroleum, tin, iron
ore, coal, limestone, lead, zinc, and arable
land.

19. Culture:
Working In Nigeria:
Nigerian Coworkers could ask what do you have for
me instead of good morning. Be prepared to give
something away.
Be weary of lending money to coworkers
Nigerian coworkers could abandon you if a
problem occurs.
Sometimes you have to build relationships for
months before you get the racist stigma off of you.
Avoid shaking hands with elders as a sign of respect.
Visiting Muslim Houses, always give warning
Exchange all currency before returning to US
