upholdingthe highqualityof herscholarshipin course andfieldwork. Erindemonstratedgreat
professionalismandresourcefulness,especiallyatone pointinwhichasecondgraduate assistant
withdrewfrom herposition,leavingherto undertake the workof twoindividuals. Inkeepingwithher
usual workethic,Erindidso withoutcomplaint,while maintainingapositivedemeanor.
