strategic national account development within IT and specifically Healthcare Informatics at The
Wilmington Group.
I had the unique opportunity to work in partnership with Erik in his capacity to build our national
personnel fulfillment efforts within high tech, healthcare, IT industry sectors.
From a professional perspective Erik demonstrated an exceptional blend of creativity and analytical
capabilities in his approach to finding the solutions of problems, both within/outside his area of
responsibilities. Erik walked into a new industry focus within our firm which required the
establishment of work flow procedures, complete branding and pricing establishment, and the
