I'm Sudanese Proficient civil engineer and high expert in Projects and program management. I knew about civil engineer, projects and program management, change management, knowledge management, team leadership, NLP, human relation and soft skills building. Training and capacity building. I worked as project management consultant(PMC), contractor, subcontractor, trainer and instructor, and NLP practitioner. I found and mange an incubator for projects,companies and micro-finance project support. I worked as lead team member in corporate planning for my company. I'm Registered Proficient engineer in Sudanese engineers society. Sudanese Engineering Council and Saudi Council of Engineers.
