Loading and Departure from Origin Port
Shipment can even load and departure from origin port before Import License obtained. However, it is always better and
safe after Import License already in hand
B/L Issuing
All the particulars of Import License and BL must be same. For Ocean Import cargo , actual consignee who is license
holders / Traders name at MBL .
Otherwise huge penalties will be occurred.
If HBL split as per consigee requirement , MBL also need to split as per HBL
Cargo declaration and actual cargo arrival
Cargo declaration at packing list / invoices must be match actual cargo stuffing at containers . When custom exam at
port physically , if they found extra cargo what consignee do not declare items , Big problem can occurred both
consignees and custom clearance staffs .
Cargo can be confiscated by customs and consignee will be black listed at trade .
