I feel that I have gained a vast amount of knowledge this past year, which is great. However I feel that my understanding
and ability to proactively identify issues can improve.

Eric's knowledge of the mortgage back pool process has grown exponentially this pst year. With the knowledge he has
gained, he has become a more confident decision maker and can communicate effectively when issues do come up. He is
not afraid to take on difficult sitiuations and is beginning to proactively problem solve.

Bloomberg
This goal is to monitor the TBA and Pool transcations in Bloomberg to ensure all inventories match ICI and BPS.
Pool Inventories
This goal is to effectively manage our switch accounts in MBSE ﴾09523000 , 6126 & 6145﴿ better. This involves builidng valid
swich account trades at valid prices.
Reconciliation Breaks
To clear all MBS recon breaks the same day I recieve them from the middle office.

I feel that I have good understanding of the MBS process and of the platforms we use to monitor and settle these
trades. After a few set backs and learning experiences this past year I feel that my performance has been good and I look
forward to improving my performce in 2015.
Timothy Dittrich ﴾Manager﴿:
Eric has had a very good first full year at Piper Jaffray. He has taken on his lead role of MBS allocator very seriously and
understands the importance of his actions. Eric has also helped out in various way by processing ID net/prime broker/OW
suspense items and has taken a very active role in backing up the security master desk.
