Collaborated with Sr. Business Analyst, Sr. Technical Analyst, international development team, on-
site technical team, and CEO in designing, developing, and implementing solutions for local, state,
and federal agencies.
Coordinated project cycles from planning to closing.
Served as project point of contact for all involved agencies, ensuring clients’ needs and expectations
were met within the project scope.
Projects included:
Nationwide Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) Initiative (NSI) and SAR Vetting Tool (SVT)
Assisted database administration in deploying, troubleshooting and maintaining over 14 virtual
databases and over 30 on-site databases, for thousands of records per day.
Collaborated with multiple tiers of key personnel on the local, state and federal levels.
Humanized technical information for database administrators and responded to questions from
technical staff, explaining intricacies of complex technical initiatives.
Emphasized translating technical information with the bigger picture and end users in mind.
Tested, documented, deployed, trouble shot and maintained three releases of the SVT over 40+
sites nationwide.
Shelby County Sheriff’s Office, TN
Co-authored final RFP based on requirements gathered through face-to-face interviews,
observations and work flow analysis in order to develop the first full integration of a correctional
facility’s Offender Management System with an electronic court system.
National Electronic Interstate Compact Enterprise (NEICE)
Identified and gathered requirements data for 17-month pilot program aimed to improve
efficiency in the administration of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children (ICPC)
using an electronic web-based system.
Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA)
Critically analyzed, tested and provided user input for Tetrus developed software assisting in the
prevention, detection and response to sexual abuse in correctional facilities by implementing
processes to adhere to and measure PREA compliance.
Massachusetts Inmate Data Network (MIDnet)
Facilitated transmission of correctional data between MA Sheriffs’ Offices and 150+ law
enforcement agencies for information sharing system developed by Tetrus.
