Dear Parents,
Assalamu alaikum,
The Orientation Meeting is the time for an initial bonding between the teacher and parents – hence it is
important that this communication takes place at the very onset of the year.
Your attendance for the Orientation Meeting on time, for the entire duration is crucial for effective
school working throughout the year; as the meeting is a unique opportunity for addressing specific
concerns regarding your child.
Insha’allah, the ORIENTATION MEETING is scheduled for Saturday, August 31, 2013 from
8:15 – 11:00 am.
You are requested to register yourself at 8:15 am, so that you are seated well in time for proceedings to
begin. We hope that you understand that parents arriving late not only cause continuous distraction to the
ones already present, but also miss out important information which would help them effectively monitor
their child’s progress throughout the year.
Parents are required to bring the Syllabus Outline, already provided to their ward. We strongly
recommend that both parents be present on this occasion.
