CDO Funtastyk Young Pork Tocino with Tofu and Eggplant

CDO Funtastyk Young Pork Tocino is the classic sweet Filipino delicacy made f rom tender young pork cured
to perf ection. As it is made f rom young pork, this Tocino is guaranteed tender, f resh and delicious!
450 grms CDO Funtastyk Young Pork Tocino,Sliced into 1½
inch strips
1 block Firm Tof u, Cut into 1 inch Cubes
1 pc Medium White Onion, Sliced into Strips
1 thumb Size Ginger, Minced

2. 2 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 tsp Chili Powder
1 pc Eggplant, Diced
2 Stalks Spring Onions, Chopped
½ cup Water
salt & pepper to taste
1. Heat pan and oil then sauté CDO Funtastyk Young Pork Tocino
until lightly caramelized.
2. Add in white onion, ginger cook until white onions has sof ten then sauté eggplant, cook f or 3 minutes
then add in tof u.
3. Add in chilli powder, soy sauce and chilli garlic sauce and water then simmer.
4. Toss in Spring onions. Best served with Rice.
