2. What is the issue?
- There is a stigma surrounding mental health and having to take medication for them
- Many people are in denial or unaware of there mental health ( anxiety) problems until it gets
bad.

◦ How it effects everyday life
◦ Why does anxiety make you feel sick?
◦ Are the symptoms real or in my head?
◦ -What is the best way to over come anxiety?

◦ - People that suffer from this disorder might not always accept the help they need
◦ It could be hard to diagnose your specific disorder and sometimes given the wrong medication
can mess with your brain even more

7. Why is the issue worth exploring
◦ Anxiety is worth exploring because it is currently on the rise and not many people seek help and
they should.
◦ It affects people around us everyday who could be scared to say so and we should try to get the
stigma away from mental health as a whole
