scores for nine consecutive years; created technology-driven curriculum mapping for research projects and taught theory and
practice methods to colleagues; published in academic journals; designed alternate curricula for self-directed learners; produced
and delivered several presentations on technical and business writing, computers and writing, and online/empirical and archival
